This Thursday candidates from Iowa’s first district will hold one last debate.
Although it may seem strange to hold a debate with only a few days before the election, Iowa’s first district is still carrying undecided voters, and the congressional race is still too close to call.
Lange (R) and Braley (D) have been neck and neck up to this point. However, Lange is proudly sporting a modest lead which he hopes to carry into the next week. He has been riding on the initial surge created by Mitt Romney’s first debate performance.
Despite his opponent’s lead, Braley still feels confident that voter turnout will be in his favor as well as Obama’s come November 6th.
